How is the hire price calculated?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Standard hire items include 4 days of hire. Both the start and return dates count: Friday to Monday is 4 days. From the fifth day, each additional day costs 25% of the items\u2019 hire price. The surcharge is 25% for 5 days and 50% for 6 days. This also applies to the full price of pagoda tents with assembly and dismantling included. Separate assembly services, gas, security deposits and delivery charges are excluded from the surcharge calculation. Enter your start and return dates when ordering; additional hire charges are calculated automatically and shown separately before payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is the hire price for the floral arch?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

The floral arch costs \u20ac250 for one day of hire, including installation. We arrange a separate installation appointment with you. The hire period of other items does not affect this amount; no additional-day surcharge is calculated for the floral arch. Delivery costs are additional. We recommend ordering the floral arch separately so that installation and collection can be arranged independently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can you assemble on Saturday and dismantle on Sunday?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes, dismantling on Sunday is possible by appointment. Enter your collection\/delivery date, return date and preferred times when ordering. Add any specific assembly or dismantling requests in Additional notes. We will confirm the arrangements with you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How do I order and specify my hire dates?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Choose your products and quantities, then click Enter your details<\/strong>in your basket. On the next page, enter your collection\/delivery date, return date and preferred times in the separate fields. Your reservation is final once we have confirmed it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is the minimum order amount?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The minimum order is \u20ac30. Your basket shows how much more you need to add, if applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can you deliver and collect my order?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes, from \u20ac150 of hire items. Delivery and collection are compulsory with assembly and dismantling or included installation; customer collection is not available in those cases. Gas cylinders and assembly services do not count towards this minimum. The charge is a \u20ac30 base rate plus \u20ac1.75 per kilometre of distance from our premises, covering both delivery and collection. Read more about delivery and collection<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is the assembly service added automatically?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The compulsory assembly service is added automatically only for PVC marquees that are 6 metres wide. For other PVC marquees and Easy UP pop-up gazebos, you can add it yourself. Assembly and dismantling are included with pagoda tents. View assembly services and conditions<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where do I choose the colour of my table covers?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Select the fabric and colour on the product page and choose the quantity. Want different colours? Add each colour to your basket separately. Your choices appear beside the item in your basket and on your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Must crockery and cutlery be returned clean?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes. All our crockery and cutlery must be returned clean.<\/p>\n\n\n

Do I need to wash table covers and tablecloths?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

No. Table covers and tablecloths do not need to be washed before returning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do I need to pay a security deposit?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A security deposit applies, depending on the items and quantities hired. Pay it in cash or by debit card. Cash deposits are refunded in cash; card deposits are refunded to your bank account on the day you return the items. This applies when everything is returned complete and undamaged in accordance with the return conditions. Crockery and cutlery must be clean; table covers and tablecloths do not need to be washed. Can I return the items early?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes, you may return items early, including on Sunday during our opening hours. The hire price remains the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Will you deduct money from my deposit if rain prevents me from returning the marquee dry?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

No. We do not deduct money from your deposit just because a marquee is wet from rain. Please return it as clean as possible. Cleaning or repair costs for mud, sand, food residue or damage may be deducted from the deposit.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
